Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your order, and the shipping method you choose. You’ll see the exact cost and an estimated delivery window before you pay — nothing is charged until you confirm your order.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email; where tracking is available for your shipping method, we’ll include it in that email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or item price shown at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows a problem, contact us at hello@craftsgifted.com with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
